Foul odor, from other unit
Experience has been great. Only wished the units were insulated from, smoke scent from adjacent unit. Scent is overwhelming especially an issue ?? when I don't smoke
Not happy
You keep raising the rent but you don't repair anything. We have lived here for 12 years and nothing has been repaired. Rent increases are ok if they go along with repairs. I hope you will look into this.
