I think i been living here about 2 years. I love this location , its central to my job ,shopping for my wife and its closes to all the amenity we enjoy.

I moved in about 7 month's ago and it has been a pleasent time living here!! The amenities are fantastic and the people are very friendly. The staff members, especially latasha is very welcoming and easy to work with. Noise levels are pretty low and you can hear upstairs from time to time but nothing too overwhelming. All and all i love it here and forsee myslef staying for a long time.

I love the staff here. Latasha is so sweet and I just love seeing her around. Our maintenance guy Sefer is the absolute BEST! Love him! Even the full time cleaner we have is so sweet. This review is not reflective of the team that works here because I appreciate them all. With that being said, the buildings construction seemed to be rushed and I have heard this from other residents, as well. Due to this we have seen lots of issues including leaks from my bedroom window and my kitchen ceiling. The electricity is incredibly expensive! For a small two bedroom I pay about $130 a month even when I never turn on my heat. Seems crazy! Location isn’t good. We are next to a large school bus lot and its constant honking and backing up noises, at all hours of the day. I had to move from the first floor because the walls and floors are paper thin. You can hear everything all around you, even though it was advertised to be very sound proof. Outside spa isnt built yet or open because of permit issues. Golf simulator is great but took many months to get working. Theres minimal cell phone service which makes talking on the phone to be a real challange. The building is visually nice and absolutely gorgeous decorated for the Holidays. Just a lot of not so great elements, especially when paying such a premium price.

The construction design neglects any consideration for soundproofing between floors. It appears that funds were allocated primarily to the aesthetically pleasing common areas, rather than ensuring quality in the private living spaces.
