- RENT IS HIGHER BASED ON THE AMENITIES - MAINTENANCE NOT EFFECIENT & NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY - NEW HVAC PLACED WITHOUT PROPER INSULATION, AS A RESULT PAYING EXTREME HIGH HEATING BILL - SITE MANAGER IS OVERWHELMED & NOT EXPERIENCED AS SUPPOSED TO BE - WORK ORDERS ALWAYS DELAYS
