Windsor Westminster

I have lived here for a month and so far I have enjoyed my experience. The noise is probably my biggest complaint. I worry about some of the safety of my neighbors due to the arguing i hear. Also, some of the other folks are less mindful about living above others but that comes with living in an apartment. Lastly, the pool seemed to be green for a few days because of a treatment to fight algae in the pool but after a few days it was fine. Overall, 7 out of 10 experience so far.
