Would Not Live Here

I assumed with this being a new build that everything would be great and boy was I wrong. I lived here for 17 months and around month 6 or 7, I started having issues with the electricity in my kitchen. At one point I lost all power in just the kitchen but typically it would fluctuate and I was just lacking the ability to use the outlets in my kitchen. I spoke with management and the service team multiple times and they couldn't figure out what was going on. Their only solution was to move me out of my unit. Normally that would be fine but there were no units that matched what I was living in and they were going to make me sign a new lease at a higher rent rate per month. Ultamently I stopped trying to get it fixed and just rode my lease out and moved as soon as I could.

Modern and dog friendly, noise from upstairs can be annoying

We moved into a ground floor apartment in September. The apartment is nice and the gym is great. The only thing I don't like is that I can hear the tv from our upstairs neighbor pretty clearly. We've called the curtesy number before, but it's like the tv noise comes straight through the vents. Also, I wish there were compositing available along with recycling and solar panels to offset energy usage/costs. I was surprised there was such a high fee for bike racks, on the website it sounded like it was perk along with the pool, gym, etc. I do appreciate the smart home features, those are great.
