Incredibly poor management

Management is being cheap on important things like staff for the office and ice removal/ prevention on the sidewalks. Actual units look different than photos posted to places like zillow.

Hope improvements are made

Many improvements are needed, 10 yrs ago when we moved in it was a beautiful place. Now rent increases every year and no improvements....grounds full of pet waste, leaks and lots of over grown bushes.

Good spot to live

Been here for leas than a year. Location and price are decent for what you get. 3 dogs being allowed is what brought us here, not dure if that is still the policy though
