Why Renters Love It Here
Works if you are living small scale
This is a good transitional place. Like all apartments in the Denver Metro area, rents are increasing and it is sometimes hard to find why you are paying so much. Parking is a challenge and the building is around 30 years old and it shows in places. However, the staff and maintenance are absolutely the best. They will take care of issues promptly and positively. The location is pretty good, too, with lots of local businesses and restaurants plus quick access to Boulder, Denver and beyond. If you plan on staying for five years and more, it might become difficult to maintain but, if you need a place for a 2 years or so, this place will do.

I have lived here for 5 years. It has been a safe place to live. Apartment living has its problems, but all in all, this is a good place to live.

Great place to live. Quiet and clean!! Been a resident almost 30 years!! No thefts in garage all these years. Overall great place to live here all these years!!
Decent place and a good location
Lived here for four years and have had few problems. The best parts of this place is the maintenance crew and office staff. They have never failed to deliver on any requests or questions. It is an older place so there are a few issues to be expected. As rents across the metro Denver area increase, these apartments are no different. As a result, the rent will eventually reach a point where what you are getting doesn't seem to match what you are paying. A few neighbors have hit that mark but I have not just yet. Most of the problems one would have come from other tenants rather than the staff or buildings. There are a few people at any complex that haven't figured out how to live with close neighbors. You tolerate what you can and the staff deals with the rest as best as possible. There are plenty of good restaurants and shops and the word is that the light rail line will someday come through this part of town. Even before that happens there is great, easy access to Denver, Boulder, the mountains and points beyond
