The club house that has coffee opens at 10 and closes at 5 which are office hours most people are not able to enjoy because they close before people get out of work. The pool is open until 10pm and a security guard kicks you out at 9:50pm and stands there until you leave. If I’m paying all this money for amenities I’d like to enjoy them.

I have lived here for almost three years, and I would say my favorite part about this complex are the amenities and the location. There has been ongoing renovations that keep the complex updated, but the construction itself can be a pain. Not a lot of parking options, for paying a monthly fee for parking we should definitely look at getting reserved parking spots and a guest parking lot in the back.
