This place checks all the boxes.. Everything is simply amazing. If I had to pick something, I would say, some tenants like to put their smelly trash out a day before the trash service. While the staff are excellent, the planned property events are not so good. Amenities are well kept and plentiful. Absolutely LOVE the library. What other place provides a library?! ... Very clean and quiet. Really like the interior hallways, especially in winter. Garage parking is great, though the spaces are tight. Last item is perhaps the best and most understated of a complex.. The maintenance crew is fantastic! Very few problems, but when I have had an issue, it's resolved very quickly and the solution is high quality.

I've only been a resident for 3 weeks. I like the building. The facilities seem well kept with normal maintenance needs. My unit is very noisy due to a compressor and the speed bumps in the parking garage. I voiced that frustration and was given the option to swap units. The staff is friendly and responsive. Overall nothing is perfect but this is a very nice building.
