I have been living here since 8-1-2017 and love every minute! The location is fantastic as are the maintenance and managerial staff! They throw great events and I look forward to the next pizza and beer night! I just renewed my lease and wouldn't live anywhere else!

I've been at the Regency for 2 years now, and I can say it is so so. I like the apartment itself, and I love the location. The staff is great for the most part. However, two things about this place REALLY bother me. The 1st issue is that the majority of the lights in the south stairwell (10345 Commonwealth St) are burned out, 8 of the 12 lights are out! I live on 3rd floor and there are no lights at all, only one on 2nd floor. It is so dark at night when I come up to 3rd floor that I can't even see my own door or where to put my key to unlock, I have to go by feel. I have talked to the staff numerous times over the past 6 weeks to get these lights fixed.....AND NOTHING HAPPENS! Someone is GOING to fall eventually, and there WILL be a lawsuit. My girlfriend almost fell Monday night when she was over. THE LIGHTS NEED TO BE REPLACED NOW!!! The 2nd issue is the spring hinges on the entry doors. Some tenants near me let their door SLAM shut virtually every time they go in and out. It rattles my whole apartment. I've spoken with a couple of the tenants and very nicely asked that they please be aware of not letting their door slam shut.....it doesn't help! I work from home and have to deal with that sometimes 15 to 20 times a day! I believe replacing the spring hinges with regular hinges, or putting some type of hydraulic closer on the doors, would eliminate most of this problem. (And it might just keep this tenant from moving out)

We’ve been living here for 6 months with no problems! Work orders are filled quickly, cant hear our neighbors except in the hallway, and theres almost always enough parking.

In second year of living here. Good location and reasonable living conditions. Big concern is ownership's continuing to raise rent, which will make it not "logical" to live here.
