Since living here there have been a combination of things that are sub optimal that used to be great. The noise our neighbor upstairs creates and the lack of support has been negligent and pathetic.

The staff here are outstanding and obviously care about the residents. Maintenance requests are followed through on. Love that the no-smoking policy is enforced. Minimal noise for being an apartment building. Just happy to be here.
