"Luxury" Apartments

While I enjoy the location and the front desk staff (most of the time), the maintenance staff is very inefficient and the work put into this is not "luxury" like their taglines claim. You can tell everything is just rushed before tenant move in with a fresh can of white paint; floors are those adhesive fake wood ones. The kitchen counter in my apartment isn't even touching half of the shelves and has wood wedged between them. The crews they hire rush their work and are unaccommodating to any schedules. On top of this, work around the property takes forever and parts of the area (personal decks/the pool/gym/hallways) are often closed due to the crews not being able to get work done. You can really tell this is run by a giant property company just looking to turn a profit. For the price, there are many other apartments that have better gyms/don't smell of cigarette smoke (which is OK apparently on your deck, but don't smoke weed or you'll be immediately evicted).

Quiet and active

My wife and I moved in here after getting married and have loved living here ever since. The location is optimal for getting anything you would need from a nearby merchant, being that the complex is so close to the mall, strip malls and various grocery stores which include everything from King soopers to Whole Foods. We even have a REI nearby! Everytime we have been in need of a repair the maintenance team is reasonably quick to be onsite and even faster when it’s an emergency, such as a clogged sink (which is rare). I definitely would recommend West Lake Greens to my friends and family because here rent is affordable and includes several amenities to pair with a comfortable place to call home. These are a few reasons that make this complex meet 5 stars across the board! Let me put it this way, if we could purchase our unit from the owner, we would. Hope this helps someone considering this wonderful complex as their next home to feel confident in picking Westlake Greens.

We Love Westlake Greens

This is our second year at Westlake Greens and our expectations continue to be exceeded. The staff and maintenance guys are so helpful and kind, they are constantly making renovations to the area to help us feel safe and comfortable, and we LOVE our apartment. Such a great community here, we are blessed beyond belief. Keep it up, Westlake Greens!
