I lived here 3 years now with no indentations of moving out, It is a peaceful, plus a great location.

I have lived here for a year now. The property is in decent shape, my apartment is a bit dated and the windows are very old, leaky, and not sound proof in the slightest. Dealt with some noisy neighbors' dogs barking which was frustrating but the staff was generally willing to try and help how they can. Some snakes and coyotes in the area so be careful with a dog. This property will draw you in with a low rent the first year and then jump it up a lot on the renewal. They use a rent setting algorithm that will decide what your apartment is worth which is unethical (multiple companies are under lawsuits related to this technology). I doubt they would lower your rent if the algorithm said that it should. They do not care that you are a good renter and will not negotiate much during renewal time. You are a number and your apartment is a number and that is all.
