Decent complex

It’s fine for the area. A little overpriced for what you get but that’s more a denver problem in general.

We love it here!

I moved into my place last September and haved loved the move. Downsizing was rough but the extra space was vital. It's a beautiful property with a stunning view and is maintained exceptionally! My daughters and grandkids love coming by, enjoying the space and all the amenities. Going to be here a long time!

Perfect location

I am very happy I chose to live here. There is only One other person on each floor of my building which makes it feel very private and peaceful. You can hear some traffic but it's a very convenient location. There's a beautiful mountain view. The maintenance keepers do great with the landscaping and their work around the buildings. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly as well.

Great place

I absolutely love living here. I really enjoy how close i am to almost any store i could possibly need. Also very close to red rocks and the mountains. It can be noisy because of how close it is to a main road. Sometimes the hot tub is unavailable to use as well. Overall great experience
