Out of all the homes and apartments I've lived, this is the only home i decided was worth staying. Ever since i moved in the staff and neighbors are always so open kind and welcoming. It's the first renewing i've ever made and it was worth it get your lease now!!!!!!!

I've been a resident of Cottonwood Creek for a year, and I'm thrilled with my apartment or the community. The facilities are well maintained, questions and maintenance issues are addressed quickly, and the landscaping is beautiful. It's quiet and peaceful, but it's within walking distance of numerous stores, a short drive to the mountains, and still close to the city. It's a great place to call home.
