Great place to live!

I have lived here for over a year..No issues! Highly recommend.. The amenities are awesome..love the dog park..They also have a pool, which is always kept clean thanks to our maintenance team Bart and John! There is a gym and a basketball court as well! Bart and John are amazing taking care of any issue that may happen..The courtyard is beautiful and always well maintained! Lots of trees and places to walk your dog..love it here!

Infested with Bugs, parking is terrible, everything is broke

I have lived here for almost two years and the place had been on a steady decline. Not only has every door in our apartment broken in the last week but through the entire summer the building was FILLED with earwigs. We were told there was nothing anyone could do. On top of this, another parking structure has broken leaving 0 available spaces so now if youre unlucky enough to park last, you will be parking at the other side of the complex. Also, our mailboxes were apparently broken into and NO ONE told us. I had to hunt down my mail because i hadnt recieved any in weeks. The only positive is the friendly maintenance crew. Oh, and someone in one of the houses out back lets thier dogs out at 6am every day and they bark for about an hour straigt.
