Good overall but somethings can change

The amenities here are so good, pool got a huge upgrade with all the new chairs and cabanas. Overall it is really nice place but the parking situation is really dumb. Having one space per apartment is just not feasible and not being able to purchase another space doesn't make sense. Also recently tried to sign up for a garage and front office staff stated, " you will have to give up your one spot if you do get a garage." Again does not make sense. Like I said, the place is nice, staff is friendly, in a really good location but the parking situation is just a nightmare.

Standard apartments and amazing staff!

We lived here for 7 months during the winter of 2022/23. We truly enjoyed our time. Love the ease of access to the mountains most! The apartments are nothing special, but that is made up for by the staff. Both management and maintenance staff are 100% on their game! This is an affordable option on the west end of town and we would recommend it to anyone.
