Open parking is nice, and it is a great location. Townhouse itself is spacious and a decent price. Only problem is the build quality. Maintenance requests are responded to but everything is done cheaply and it is very noticeable inside.

Location is great. Rent is not. Hopefully high rent means better appliances and flooring. Walls knock on the door when people flush the toilet its crazy. Thanks for not towing my roommates car that one time. Overall, seems like its better than the Village on Plum, that place looks like a dump.

I lived in a three story house with a backyard IN FORT COLLINS for less than what this place charges. You’re also right next to an elementary school so dont expect any quiet on the weekdays. Parking spots aren’t assigned so expect street parking if anybody has a guest over. Overall i give this place a 5/10. Its a roof over your head but its nothing special. Rent should be reduced by at least $600 to be in line with the value of the place. $2300 per month for a townhouse with outdated appliances is exactly whats wrong with this country. But i guess charging top dollar for the bare minimum is the new standard..
