Why Renters Love It Here
Great Living space
For the past 9 months that I have lived at Glenmoor Townhomes, it has been a great time. The staff are kind and go above and beyond for the residents such as little goodie bags on holidays, resident appreciation week, and answering any questions! The places themselves are spacious and have a lot to offer with storage and space for anything else. We have had no problems with the townhouse other than a ladybug takeover when we first moved in but we got a pest manager to come help and it's been great. The price of the townhomes is higher but reasonable when looking at the prices of surrounding properties. Along with the perfect location for a student! The only downside I noticed was there were a couple of auto break-ins on our street but that is out of the hands of the managerial team for the leasing company. Overall, best place I have lived in so far, and is the reason we have re-signed!
Convenient Housing
My experience living at Glenmoor townhomes has been really nice. It's in convenient location right next to the grocery store, and not very far from campus, though it can get pretty noisy with the traffic. It's pretty affordable compared to other places.

Loving here is cool its a little noisy but i enjoy it
Living here is nice
I have lived here for a month, and I enjoy it so far. It is very hot without ac, but with the house fan it can at least cool down at night. Parking is cheap which is really nice. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood, but it is right next to a school so it can get kind of loud if the kids are on the playground and you have your windows open.
Glenmoor
Since moving in it has been a wonderful place to live. It's quiet and peaceful which is amazing for a student! Worth every penny!
