Not the Best Place to Live

The management and maintenance at this apartment complex leave much to be desired. Unfortunately, the response time to maintenance requests is quite slow, and in some cases, they don't even address the issue. Moreover, work orders are closed out even when problems remain unresolved. The rent is on the higher side, and one would expect the property to be well-maintained given the cost. However, there are notable issues with drug activity, particularly in the stairwells. Instances of individuals using meth have been observed, especially during the winter months, and regrettably, the office staff has not taken effective measures to prevent such incidents. Overall, while the property may have its merits, the management's responsiveness, maintenance efficiency, and handling of security concerns leave much room for improvement.
