Located at Evans and Quebec, you’ll be only two short bus stops to Lightrail – which can take you to work or school downtown, the Denver Center for Performing Arts, and of course Rockies, Nuggets and Bronco games. good location, not so good maintenance

I've lived here nearly 2 years, as while it's located not too too far from anything, it still has its fair share of problems, mostly due to the amount of noise, as well as the fact that maintenance seems to be inconsistent at best.
