Review
I really enjoy living un my new apartment it feels safe and there is no noise complains
Great Living Place
This is the first apartment that I've lived in, and the experience is incomparable. Michelle and her team do a marvelous job at every turn. They are friendly, kind, and personable, even when I bug them right before closing. Maintenance requests are taken care of the next day (even for smaller issues), and the public areas in the apartment complex are kept very clean (including snow being removed from sidewalks). They are also very transparent about rent/billing each month, providing a clear breakdown of expenses (which is nice for those of us that are a tad more OCD). The thing I love most is the community events that Michelle and her team host. These include summer pool parties, trunk-or-treats, free "burritos on the way to work" day, and lots of others. The apartments are very well maintained, with updated appliances, clean flooring (both un-scratched hardwood and brand new looking carpets), and good size storage closet on the balcony (which is incredibly rare and handy). The location is also key. There is a Costco on the other side of the street (~2-minute walk), as well as a Safeway (with very low gas prices), Target (with CVS Pharmacy), and a King Soopers. There are also a lot of restaurants close by like Red Robin, Applebees, Olive Garden, and Buffalo Wild Wings. I can not praise Apres enough. If I were able to give more than a 5-star rating, I would. Thanks, Michelle and team! Y'all have been great!
Nice amenities, overpriced
Nice apartment and complex. Good amount of parking. Not a lot of noise. Enjoy the amenities, but overpriced and leasing office inflexible on pricing.
Better than some places but not luxury
Accepts pets. Friendly staff. Michelle does try to keep the community together; collectively, between tenants, and through their struggles. She’s very sweet and does care. The staff puts efforts in too. For maintenance, some have more know how than than others but, overall, that’s to be exteced and better than most places for the price. The windows and doors need replacing. Cabinets could use some upgrades; dead corners and lots of wasted space.
