Good apartment, a little noisy

I've lived here for a year, and over all, it's been great. The location is fine; I like how close it is to parks and is a quick drive away from most places. It's clean, has parking, and the apartments have a nice amount of space. But there's sometimes a lot of noise. There are kids, loud music, and some person who seems to dry heave in the parking lot every night (?). And maintenance isn't always the best quality. But overall, pretty good.
