Lived here since 2011. Located approximately halfway between Denver and Boulder it's very accessible to both. There are no elevators onsite if you like the apartments on the upper floors but is a good value for the cost. This place has a long history in the area. Maintenance quick to respond if there is ever a problem. Manager friendly and helpful. Grounds well kept. I have been very lucky to call this place home for over the last decade and prefer it here.

Although there aren't great views, the location is really nice while still being very quite while its nestled in Broomfield. The staff are really nice and maintenance have been super quick to fix things the few times we've needed them. They community takes pride in being quite and we are! Parking is free and spacious.
