Royal Village Apartment Homes (205 Marble)

Overall this is a nice, quiet, place to live - especially if privacy is a desire. Not that people aren’t friendly, but we’re obviously all doing our own thing. Parking is great as spaces are plenty available, and it’s nice to know they stay up to date on making sure vehicles are within lawful condition. People are respectful of the rules and there isn’t much noise. The apartment itself is a great feel, and the appliances have been nice as well. Excited for my first summer here.

I just moved in so you have to give me a little more time for a good review. But for the time I have been here I like it so far. I like the staff and the neighbors seem nice.

Almost one year has passed in this great, small community. Residents are nice, friendly and like a quick conversation to say hello. The actual unit is very well kept; with an amazing staff that make sure requests are completed quickly and right the first time.
