Good value for location. Great location with stores nearby and green space in the back. Repairs around the complex are lacking such as the fence gates as well as the amount of time the hot tub was out of commision

My husband and I enjoy living here. The floor plan is spacious and comfortable. It takes a couple tries to get maintenance requests completed, and the parking is tough. We tried to add on a detached garage and waited 9 months to be offered a space pretty far from our unit, with the alternative being sent to the end of the waitlist for another several months. I wish the staff had more organization to offer spaces closer to units and were more communicative on an individual level when we need things fixed. That being said, this is a nice, comfortable apartment and the quality is decent for what we pay.

I have lived at Marquis Town Center for 3 years. My 1-bed unit has ample storage, in-unit laundry, and fairly modern appliances, though the layout wastes a lot of space (could easily be a 2 bedroom). It is the 90's "luxury" feel with nice countertops and a built-in fireplace, but vinyl-wrapped particleboard cabinets and beige walls. The location is perfect, with a grocery store, pet store, hardware store, open space, post office, library, and local brewery all within 15 minutes walking distance. My unit has been well managed, and maintenance responds to basic needs in about a week or less, and my two emergencies were dealt with extremely quickly and thoroughly. They have proactively replaced my washer, dryer, and water heater in the past 3 years, and they do annual dryer vent blowouts, air filter replacements, and sprinkler head checks. The management staff (even with some turnover) has been very nice and responsive, and they and the maintenance crew all adore pets. I have had only one major noise issue which was resolved, and rarely ever smell smoke (cigarette or cannabis). Valet trash is nice but recycling is not included. The drawbacks include no elevators for the 3 story buildings, a built-in sprinkler system (which the pipes of leaking or breaking led to two major water emergencies in my building in the past two years), the pool is quite small (though great for families), and the fact it is a corporate complex, so they use "market rate" price fixers to determine your lease renewal options. I would recommend living here unless you plan to need shorter or longer than a 11, 12, or 13 month lease (as it will be prohibitively expensive to do so) and/or cannot afford at least a $100/month rental increase each year upon your lease renewal, in perpetuity, even if you are a perfect tenant. They raised my rent 18%+ in 2022 after the Marshall Fire. They do offer the ability for tenants to pay a one-time fee instead of placing a security deposit.

Marquis at Town Centre is a pretty wonderful place to live! I've had only good experiences when interacting with staff. They seem to have a great culture so they are in a good mood and looking to help. The location in Broomfield is fantastic, I can walk to get groceries, go to the Rec and there is plenty of parks nearby to take my toddler to play at. The apartments are affordable and well maintained. Exactly what I was looking for!
