Apartment Review

I have enjoyed my time here at Bell Broomfield. We have renewed for another 13 months. We plan on renewing after that if we don't get priced out. It was unfortunate that we could not negotiate our rent when that time came, but the staff is great and the things we place importance on are all found here. There are standards that are expected of the residents and we appreciate that because it means respectful neighbors.

Bell Broomfield

I just recently moved in, but so far I love it! My unit is very bright with beautiful granite countertops. The layout makes perfect sense. I can hear tenants above me walking around, but I think that is to be expected. The staff is TOP NOTCH! Alyssa is extremely professional and professional. She always responds to inquiries very quickly. The other tenants I have met have been very friendly. I can tell everyone is very respectful of the space here as it is extremely clean and the grounds are very nicely landscaped and maintained.
