The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.    Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Your parking is a complete joke and will be the primary reson for not resigning my lease abd finding a new apartment. The only answer staff responds with is “you can buy a garage or a awning”… but theres a waitlist… why dont we tow non residence that are parked in residential parking? Why do you allow short term parking overnight, in a nonguest parking spot? Why was i issued a parking pass when it doesnt matter if you have one to park in the spots? Residents circle the parking lot for 20 minutes plus due to no parking. It appears you could careless about your residence once theyre commited to a lease unless they want to spend more money with your business.

I've lived her over 2 years and I have enjoyed my stay. There are a few things that I wish I could improve about the apartments. Parking can be difficult at night time or really any time past 7pm. It's frustrating not being able to find a spot anywhere near your apt. or having to street park is inconvenient. I also think the rent price is okay, but slightly higher than I think it should be. Compared to other similar apartments in the neighborhood, Bell Broomfield is on the higher end. There is also very limited storage in the apartments. There is no storage off the patio which is one downside. There are tons of things I love about the apartments like the staff and neighborhood. It's always very clean and noise levels are low which is great. Overall we have really enjoyed our time renting here.

Parking is an absolute nightmare. No spots at night for residents. Parking is taken up by guest without parking passes and have never been towed.

The buildings are up to date, maintenance is always prompt, and staff are friendly and communicative. There is some noise from the airport (not a surprise; it is mentioned in the lease), and parking near some of the buildings fills up quickly in the evenings
