Restrictions: • No poisonous or exotic animals are permitted, specifically tarantulas, piranhas, or reptiles. • No game or farm animals are permitted specifically squirrels, birds, ferrets, skunks, raccoons, or rabbits. • Fostering animals is prohibited and must meet the criteria as defined as pets. • Guest animals fall under the pet policy and are required to be approved prior to being permitted in, on or upon any dwelling unit or common area. • WH Realty Company reserves the right to restrict breeds. The following constitutes a list of animals, andor breed of animals, that shall not be permitted in, on or upon any dwelling unit or common area. Animals not listed below, but which display substantially similar physical characteristics or traits to those animals listed below, shall be treated as though they had been listed below.
