Valencia Gardens Review

This place is great but upon walking in we noticed that the unit was not cleaned very well and that it seemed like all the had been done was a fresh coat of paint. We could tell this was the case because it was all over the floor and covered old command strips. There was also lots of notable water damage. However the best part was on the second day we had a huge water leak which resulted in moldy drywall. However they were quick to come but I have a feeling this is not going to be our only experience with maintenance. We also noticed that the washer and dryer had never had their filters replaced which resulted in a really moldy drain that was clogged with hair and debris.

Dark parking lot and sidewalks. Some of maintenanxe personnel are extremely rude. Expensive for okd building with no a/c for summer.

Overall really like it. I love the neighborhood its in. I dont know what the point of paying a grounds fee us if the sidewalks are constantly covered in keaves are are falling apsrt tbo.
