Too expensive

Too expensive for what you get. Properties with much more space can be rented for less. Apartment maintenance is good, very nice man helps you with any issue. The chrarges for the common areas stack up and the hot tub ended up being closed for months while still heated because the pool wasnt covered which was a “safety” concern. And since the pool wasnt covered properly, they damaged it and wont open it when promised. We also ended up signing a 14 month when we thought we were signing a 13 month which wasnt communicated to us. We are trying to move out as soon as we can, along with most people in the complex.
