Location is top tier, right off campus, easy bus access. Maintenance is usually decent. Parking is stupid expensive, just park on the street. Fourstar is . . . a known quantity in Boulder

Good value for a great location. Recently remodeled/painted, but still some maintenance needed upon move-in; maybe post-move-out or pre-move-in checks should be more thorough. Generally responsive staff. Overall positive experience.

The only thing I wish was implemented on the property is assigned parking. Many of the spaces are extremely narrow and I think overhauling the lot so it is has symmetrical spaces would improve the condition and appeal of the property. I previously paid less for an assigned parking space at a property managed by FourStar. Built-in washer/dryer would also be nice, given the price.

It's fine. Location is great as an ENG student, and its surprisingly quiet being right of CO ave. Beyond that parking is unreasonably expensive, value is decent, and the hot water doesn't always get hot.
