Good because its teally good and leaves hs alone

its been fine, had a mold issue and some stuff just looks old and unkept but its a fine place

Thus far, living in my townhome has been okay. The place was not cleaned before hand. There were command hooks left everywhere, tape on the ceilings, the yard was disgusting, and the floor left the bottom of my feet black. Quite upset about those facts.

Super cute apartment, loved living here. Prime location. Negative: right off of 30th street but you get used to the cars, and we had MANY issues with the dishwasher but it seems great now

No AC here is brutal to live with during juky and august. It gets so bad the stuff in the freezer begins to melt. Some of the outlets dont work, the back door screen is unstable snd we never get responses for maintenance in a timely manner.
