Unresponsive

The staff at Fourstar are unresponsive and it makes it very difficult to have the building maintained as agreed upon.

Okay

I think they take advantage of students. But they also supply alot of housing so its hard to avoid them. Some of their property managers are flawless others are very hard to communicate with.

The location is right next to campus which is convenient as a student. However, rent is very steep.

Easy and Seemless

I have lived here for half a year and am enjoying myself but have come into problems involving maintenance and appliance issues that are very difficult to resolve and also management that does not quickly resolve problems. Most of the issues that I have are from our property management no rent cafe.
