The Lux

The living experience has been great. The maintenance crew is very responsive. However, the rear stairwell is a mess and needs to be cleaned on a weekly basis. The lighting timer in the garage area needs to be adjusted to come on sooner. It's pitch black until 8 pm.

Walls were so thin you could hear EVERYTHING. Fourstar is not a good company to work with. Had people come in and fix things around the unit (did not submit maintance requests) and would be charged for it even though we did not ask for it. Often had problems with the room locks locking on us and had to pay for someone to let us in. Parking lot was in bad conditions. Often had problems with the apartment.

So far I have had a great experience living at The Lux. The apartment is very nice and everybody I have been in contact with regarding maintenance or other questions has been very helpful.

I had a great experience with this rental. The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was simple, and the host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, stocked kitchen items, and clear instructions for everything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable stay.

The appartments are very roomy and in a great spot the only downside is being on one of the busiest roads in boulder

The staff at Fourstar are unresponsive and it makes it very difficult to have the building maintained as agreed upon.
