it was ok

I enjoyed my time in Boulder, but the house itself had trash on the back porch that was there when we arrived. We had numerous problems with our washer and dryer. We were also supposed to have an oven, but they were broken. When we asked to fix the oven, we were denied, contrary to what we were told when we signed. The parking is good, and our location is fine. the main problem we had was dealing with dysfunctional ammenities like i mentioned above and constant broken door knobs. We also had our heat turned off for an extended period.

I have really enjoyed living here. However 4star makes things very difficult to get done.

Everything is breaking

At least 2 times a week something in the house stops working and we have to make a work order. There is also an incredible amount of flooding all the time
