My apartment

The parking lot is terrifying and seems like a health hazard for most of the year. When there aren't pot holes or giant dips in the cement where you would park, theres at the very least next to no lighting. It makes you feel like youre a blind man walking out in that lot if you want to go anywhere at night. The apartment itself is nice and so is the kitchen and bathroom. No complaints about hot water or nosiy neighbors which was nice. The dish washer is great as well if or when i can actually get it to work. The maintenance has been great, they replaced my thermostat because it was an old outdated model. Otherwise i wouldve been freezing all winter!

Location is Great

2000 Walnut is a great central location. The complex is nice and block off of Pearl. It is pretty well kept and a quiet neighborhood. Maintenance is not very fast. Overall, I would recommend unless you have a maintenance emergency.

Great not amazing

The apartments are very nice, expensive but the location is great. The entrance and side road to get to the parking lot is very bad. Has been like that for over two years and the potholes keep getting bigger. Aside from that its okay.

The apartment and location are great!

The apartment and location are great! It is pretty close to Pearl street and 8 minutes drive/bike to campus. The place is comfortable for 2 people, there is a lot of space. However, the rooms and closets have no light/lamp and the laundry is community. There is no insfrastructure for people with disabilites and a lot of stairs. So if you want to bring your bike upstairs or carry your groceries you need to climb the stairs with it.
