Incredibly Happy Here

I am on my 2nd year at Timberline. And, it really is the perfect place for me. The thing I appreciate the most is the location and the quiet. It is easy to pop into downtown, where I work, in 20 minutes. But, right out our door is access to open space and nature. I utilize the bike trails and walking trails daily. This is ideal for me and my pup. On top of that, the staff is so kind and helpful, the amenities are top notch, and the property is maintained and clean. It'll be hard to ever leave. :)

Great Experience

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. They quickly accommodate you and any issues you bring up. The amenities are nice and very clean. The community is clean, safe, and noise is kept to a low volume. So far I have really enjoyed it here.

So far so good!

We are new residents here and have had a great experience so far. We love our apartment, the appliances, the spacious kitchen, the balcony — all of it! Have had two minor repairs needed and maintenance came within 24 hours and took care of it no problem. The gym is one of the best apartment gyms I've ever seen in terms of equipment quality abd the various exercises that can be accomplished. Not to mention the beautiful clubhouse and pool. I have yet to have packages delivered here but I'm sure that will ge a breeze as well considering they are equipped with Parcel Pending. We're looking forward to spending many months (and possibly years) here as long as the value stays consistent!
