Very nice and well-planned

We moved in in March. There is a lot to like about Timberline Farms. Lots of unique amenities. Nice views, more windows to let the light in, nice floor plans, appliances, surprisingly quiet. My only gripe, and it's minor, is lack of parking sometimes. Now we have a garage, so problem solved.

Overall, we love Timberline. Safe comfortable community. Occasionally the amenities are down for extended periods of time but mostly the maintenance staff is great. Office staff fluctuates when it comes to helpfulness, kindness, and overall customer service - some are awesome, some are not.

Living in Timberline Farms

We have lived here almost a year and love all the amenities, our apartment, and the quietness. It is a very relaxing property and our neighbors are great. It is a bit pricey, although we think it is mostly justified for everything Timberline provides. Would recommend!

A great place to call home.

Living at Timberline Farms feels like living in a village. Private, yet near parks, groceries, shopping, and eating. Extremely dog friendly, wash station, poo bags and poo trash cans provided. The swimming pool, postal building, and lounge area make things easy. The office is available seven days a week. The community garden provides fresh produce. Just a great over all place to live.
