We have lived here for 2 years. Our experience is very positive - friendly staff, maintenance is professional and prompt, and the amenities are exceptional. It is a very attractive community and located close to a broad range of services and restaurants. Our apartment is spacious, nice kitchen, lots of national light. We hope to stay right here.

We have moved 3 times since the spring of 2022. Timberline is by far the best option for us. I so appreciate that the ownership maintains the property so well. Not always the case elsewhere. The staff is wonderful.

We have lived here for about 15 months, and just re-signed our lease. We were attracted to the layout of the community, the amenities are very nice. The staff and the residents are friendly, the property is maintained well. The openness is very nice, with nice landscaping and plenty of sunshine. Recently, we rented the Farmhouse for a birthday party - a nice perk for larger groups. The only downside worth mentioning is the difficulty parking on weekends when there are events in the adjacent fields. Parking stickers for residents maybe?

We moved in in March. There is a lot to like about Timberline Farms. Lots of unique amenities. Nice views, more windows to let the light in, nice floor plans, appliances, surprisingly quiet. My only gripe, and it's minor, is lack of parking sometimes. Now we have a garage, so problem solved.
