Love it here!

Living here for 3 months now and just love the openness and the community feel. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are topnotch. The apartment has so much space & storage and we just love the high ceilings and wide doorways. It makes the place feel so big! We are very happy here.

Best Apartment Complex

We have been here for a little over 6 months and love it! The apartment & complex are well maintained and the maintenance staff respond very quickly and are the nicest people! We love being tucked into the suburbs while still having access to Olde Town, Denver, Boulder, and Golden. Prime location!

Happy Here

Overall, this is a great place to live. However, the price is way too high and the renewal rates offered are honestly absurd. Corporate never seems to take recommendations. I've requested multiple times for at least a few pieces of the pool furniture to be out year round and for the pool cues to be replaced and I always get told "we'll take that into account" with no follow up at all. It's a beautiful place to live and I'd keep doing so if the rent wasn't so unreasonable and we weren't strong armed into paying for Direct TV that I never use.
