Lived here for a year, will be reapplying soon. Good price with a good neighborhood. Commute is not bad at all with a close enough distance for either the mountains or the cities of Boulder/Denver.

We have lived here for almost a year now and find it decent for the price that we pay. The laundry machines break frequently and take far too long to fix, parking isn't easily identifiable and we often have other residents or guests in our spot (if that's our actual dedicated spot since markings are faded and hard to distinguish), and we are not the biggest fans of the new locks that were forced upon us since they take forever to connect and aren't remotely accessible unless you're within 5 ft of the lock. However, the location is great and price that we pay at the moment is somewhat reasonable. I would recommend this location to future tenants if this was their first apartment upon moving to Colorado, but not if they're looking for an upgrade from their current Colorado apartment.
