I've never lived somewhere and have gotten the support that I needed from the apartments. Staff is wonderful if I could leave a 10 star review I would. I love it here and couldn't have gotten more lucky

A grandview indeed

I just moved into the Grandview apartments in Arvada. I really appreciate the quick move-in process and the fact that they look at the applicant not just for their rental or background history, but for the person in front of them. The staff are kind and h helpful and really seem to care about their tenants! I am happy to live here.

I love living here it's quite and peaceful

I love living here it's quite and peaceful only problem is my neighbor below me calling the cops 4 times the first week i moved in cause my two year old son was playing aith his toys and running around our apartment and called the cops said my husband and I was fighting and I wasnt even home i was at work when they came
