Beautiful, safe , comfortable
Very peaceful and quite. Second floor has vaulted ceilings love how big our home is. Love being close to parks, bike path, and hiking trails. Close to freeway, and shopping centers but just far enough to not deal with the noise and congestion. Maintenance is professional and helpful. Leasing management team are really nice and helpful as well. The grounds are well groomed and there is alot of guest parking. Yes you can hear and feel the train but its really not that bad. The neighborhood behind us in the hills is beautiful and a great place to walk your pups. It is also pet friendly here, poo bags and trash cans around the complex. So far my daughter, pup and I are very happy here.

The place needs a ton of upgrades including staff and maintenance. Only good thing is location but even then the train passes by and its so loud.
