Fantastic apartment, once I moved here I realized how bad my old apartment was and it was a "luxury apartment complex"

staff will lure you in with hopeless promises and high expectations of them fulfilling your needs upon move-in.. afterwards they dont know you!! been here for a year now to really see how they "run things".. you can NEVER speak directly with the manager/landlord unless you beg and plead, then maybe she'll be done with her "meeting". Easier to get in touch with Kim Kardashian i'm sure!! I was promised a new washer/dryer and refrigerator upon move-in, 12 months later still "on back order" lol. the entire time i've lived here the gym has NOT been accessible due to "permits" needed for construction. They renovated these places but left this hideous color tile all throughout complex and inside the elevators that look 25 years old and run down, speaking of which, the resident only gate has now been broke for almost 2months with no date of fixing it and they haven't addressed it at all. STAFF is unwilling to work with you for anything you need. But yeah my countertops are pretty.

been here for one year and still no gym. most of the time one of the gates is down. the indoor parking is not clean and most time we smell the garbage. elevator is down for few days.
