Quiet, luxury apartment

No noise complaints, great amenities, nicely sized apartment. Front desk helpful but not always available during normal business hours. Maintenence not as quick.

Management Issues

I toured the property, but no one was out in the open to assist when I arrived. There was a Caucasian lady in one office and a Hispanic man in the other. Not sure who was higher up, but both need better customer service training. Went on the tour with the gentleman. He was nice but wasn't really selling it. He didn't show all available units just said we could view them if we wanted. We came to find our next home, so yes, we want. I didn't get a welcoming feeling. The property was nice. It appeared well-kept. If we choose this location, I will be for that reason alone. If we don't, it will be the management's fault.

Great Building. Friendly Staff

Really enjoy living here. It's relatively quite where my unit is located and the views are nice. The location is also prime and very close to shopping, freeway and restaurants. I would highly recommend the building as it is located on a relatively quiet street and the management staff is excellent and take care of matters right away.
