These apartments are spacious, and the grounds are well-kept. The trees are a nice addition to the property. Management and maintenance are responsive and helpful. The updated finishes are great, plus having a pool, gym, and pet-friendly options makes it even better.

I had a great experience staying in this apartment. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was organized, and the space felt safe and quiet. The staff were kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole stay smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would happily stay here again.

Windmill Apartments is giving “actually thought this through” in the best way. The apartments have the things people care about day to day — A/C, ceiling fans, gas ranges, washer/dryer options, and W/D hookups. Nothing feels overhyped, just useful. The spaces look clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into, which is really what you want when you’re picking a place to live. The amenities are a big win, too. Pool, gym, spa, sauna, sports courts, lounge, media room, BBQ areas, courtyard space, and even a pet park. That’s a solid setup whether you’re trying to be active, relax, get work done, or just hang out without leaving the property. I also like that they have the practical stuff covered: gated entry, controlled access, package receiving, on-site management, 24-hour maintenance, online rent payments, and an online maintenance portal. Not the flashiest things on the list, but honestly, those are the things that make daily life way easier. Overall, Windmill Apartments feels like a well-rounded community with a lot going for it. Comfortable apartments, strong amenities, and plenty of convenience. Easy 5 stars."
