I JUST MOVED TO THIS AREA A TWO WEEKS AGO. LIVED LOWER UNIT. THE AMENTIES VERY OLD, WALLS AND STORAGE CABINETS PAINTS ARE PEELING, OTHERS JUST PAINTED OVER AND RETOUCHED IT. CABINETS ARE NEW BUT TO HIGH TO REACH. SO BUIDLINGS ARE TOO OLD THAT YOU CAN HEAR UPSTAIR UNIT FLASH TOILET, TURN OFF/ON BATH FAUCET, AND TALKING. NO SOUNDPROOF SOME AREAS OF THE FLOOR ARE WARM THAT YOU CAN'T STAND THERE TOO LONG OR FEET GET BURN. NOT SURE WHAT IS UNDER NEATH THE GROUND. PLUS, WATER IS NOT HOT RIGHT AWAY WHEN TURN ON. TAKES ABOUT 30 SECONDS TO MINUTES FOR WATER TO GET HOT. ALEADY WASTED TWO GALLONS. LAUNDRY MAT IS TOO SMALL. COST OF WASHING/DRYING OVER PRICES. PARKING LOT DRIVEWAY LOOSE GRAVELS. CAN FEEL GRAVELS ON OPEN SHOES... HAVE ASKED FOR SOME MAINTENANCE IN THE UNIT BUT TAKING TOO LONG TO COMPLETE THEM. DON'T MIND THE CARS NOISES FROM THE STREETS, BUT I CAN'T STILL INSIDE NOISES. CAN'T STAND THE WARM FLOORS. THE CLOSET IS THE WARMEST AREA.

Staff is great. Hot water is an on and off issue. Quality of my bathroom counter ( super old) and kitchen lights ( super old) paying newer model prices. Newer remodel units have better fixtures. Disappointed i am paying for older model unit with new unit price.
