Location and parking is good. We’ve had several different neighbors over the years, who mainly all keep to themselves and are never extremely loud. Security at night is great and has been helpful with making sure the building feels/is safe. Maintenance responds very quickly (but we have had to put in quite a few requests for things like broken lights, broken walk in closet, dead microwave, bottom of sink collapsing due to leak, fridge leaks, shower pressure low) and the hot water pressure in our bathroom has been an ongoing issue for several months. Homeless people have also been digging into the dumpsters for a couple months as well & just create a mess. And the Luxor/Amazon lockers were great for a while but as of recently, lots of packages (my own and others) seem to just end up sitting on top of the entire locker units.

Excellent location in Little Saigon. Staff are very friendly, professional and responsive. The apartment complex is well kept and clean. Love to stay here.

Lived here multiple years. Convenient location and parking is great. Maintenance in the units is done relatively quickly. Property had a very small gym. Most of the grills don't work anymore and are rarely cleaned. Landscape maintenance happens early morning(before 5am) during the week and is really loud especially when your windows are open.
