I’ve really enjoyed living at Overlook. The property itself is beautiful, with amazing amenities that truly enhance day-to-day living. The location is another huge plus—there are plenty of walkable restaurants nearby, and having the BART so close makes commuting incredibly convenient. Overall, it’s a great community that offers both comfort and accessibility. Highly recommend!

Upstairs neighbor is continually making noise, we complained to prior property management and it took months to resolve. Then when new management took over they started making even more noise
