Pros: Parking: 3.5/5 – Generally manageable, though it can be tight at times. Amenities: 4/5 – The gym is well-equipped, though it occasionally has a noticeable synthetic odor. Apartment Appliances: 5/5 – Modern and in excellent condition. Apartment Itself: 5/5 – Clean, updated, and well laid out. Location: 5/5 – Very convenient and in a great area. Cons: Service: The staff has been kind and professional, but overall service has felt average. There is room for more proactive communication and a stronger solution-oriented approach. Move-In Experience: This was the most frustrating part. On move-in day, I waited over three hours due to a missing signature, despite having already paid and signed my portion of the lease. I was originally approved individually and later I asked whether I needed to add my fiancée; I was told yes and was charged an additional $63 application fee. Given that I had already been approved and had arrived with multiple carloads of furniture, it was unclear why the situation couldn’t have been handled more efficiently such as reprinting the lease for signature and adding the additional signer shortly thereafter. The process felt unnecessarily inefficient and could have been managed with better customer care to avoid such a long delay for me and my family. That said, since moving in, I haven’t experienced any further issues. Overall, it has been a solid place to live, with a few operational areas that could be improved.
