Nice homey neighborhood mostly quiet not that many amenities and parking is not that bad usually u can find a spot close by

What this place lacks in parking and ammenities it makes up for in location, peace, and community. Its incredibly quiet and peaceful while also being walking distance from several breweries and the downtown Vista area. The apartment manager Angie is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Not only is she kind, personable, and the biggest dog lover (she knows every dog in this complex by name), she also knows how to get s*** done when you need it. The inside of the apartments are beautiful and modern and the washer and dryer in unit is 10/10. The cabin style apartment units are incredible- no one above you or below you! It almost feels like you have your own house but for apartment prices. All in all this is my favorite apartment I’ve lived in and if you’ve rented for a while you’ll definitely feel the same.
