Big whoop, Motel 6 has a pool - Average build quality inside, nothing fancy, laminate counters, meh carpeting - $900 more than my 1bed1ba in Pacific Beach a few years ago There is nothing premium about this place but they want to charge you like you're in some swanky new construction. Look, this is a mediocre, old apartment community in Vista, not close to the beach, or downtown, or train, or good restaurants. Where do they get off with these prices? Absolutely absurd.
