The manager turnover is ridiculous and directly impacts every aspect of living in this building. Management lacks follow through. There is an ongoing ROACH issue that has not been resolved since it began in 2020, and cleaning of the interior and exterior had been refuced to only twice a month. In addition, the current owners do not provide window cleaning, especially on higher floors (not once since they purchsed the building in 2019). All the recent tenants thst moved into renovated units have moved out after 1-2 years.
