Overall good place to live. The laundry machines need to be replaced or fixed. They have been an issue for almost two years. Sometimes random cars park in our spot or in front of the exit. And our upstairs neighbor is quite noisey. They have quieted down after we talked to them, which is great.

The location is amazing but I sometimes I feel like the common areas are neglected. Overall, avarage place to live. Good if you're trying to save some money.
