We need a manager that answers the phone on the weekends when there are problems. We also need a manager after 5 PM on weekdays when something goes wrong.

This building has termite, silverfish, and fly problems, Elevator constantly needs repairing (shakes and sounds broken when it gets to top and bottom floors). AC units are old in-wall units that are only in the living rooms. Maintenance requests take months and several follow-ups to get a response. Very noisy on Venice blvd. High turnover of mgmt - has had 3 building managers in the last 2.5 years

The washing machines and dryers in building 1601 Venice Blvd. sometimes work and sometimes do not work. I am constantly losing my quarters and also my money on the Shine Pay app. Please have someone see about this ASAP. I've been complaining about this issue since January and nothing has been done that has changed things for the better. This is very, very frustrating considering how much I am paying in rent and utilities. Can someone please fix this issue?
