Great building. Old manager was more on top of it and neighborhood used to he better but still okay.

I have lived here for about 8 years. It's a nice area, rent control is a huge benefit. The neighbors mostly keep to themselves, but always friendly. The pool goes to 8' deep, and always looks inviting. The only downsides I've found are the thin walls and the window A/C units aren't always enough in the summer.

Lived here for years and its not a bad place to rest your head. The apartments are smaller than what I was used to but we were still able to make it home.
