I love living here. Our community is lovely and respectful Our building manager is quick and attentive. I think it's too expensive for the size, but that's LA I guess.

Cute area and living space with great neighbors. Manager has high expectations of the way people behave on the property and sticks to the rules and expectations. Manager is very kind and takes care of maitenance issues quickly. The plumbing is definitely old and acts up frequently. Parking lot floods frequently and does not provide vehicle coverage. However, it is gated for added security. Everyone in the complex is friendly!

I like living here. I used to live in the same building 14 years ago, and moved back under new management. People are friendly and quiet. Our site manager is amazing. She is responsible, keeps the building very organized and super clean, she is quick to respond for any issue. This is a plus

The location is great! The size of the building is great. The apartment is overpriced, it should be $200-$300 cheaper than what it is for what you get, but I still like it. Because it's an older building there are some piping issues that desperately need to be tended to. I just moved in a month ago and already I'm having plumbing issues. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, otherwise I would say I love it here.

Everyone around the apartment complex is friendly, but quiet and mostly keep to themselves. You can always count on anything you need fixed to get done in a timely manner.

Great location, good sized apartment, pool right in the middle, relatively quiet with the exception of srilling when renovating the apartment, and a small barking dog.
